$\Rightarrow 8332=8+3+3+2=16$.

If we substract $1$ then the sum become $15$ and the number become $8331$ that is divisible by $3$.
If we add $2$ sum becomes $18$ and the number will become $8334$ which again is divisible by $3$.
Again, on adding 8 we get the number as $8340$ and sum to be $24$. So, this is also divisible by $3$.
