A Fair Trial is the best means of distinguishing the guilty from the innocent and protecting against injustice. Without this, the rule of law and public faith in the justice system collapse. The Right to a Fair Trial is one of the foundations of an equitable society. Some features are :
1. Impartial judge gives the judgments. It is the means of giving justice to the defendant in a just way.
2.Here process is regular, and defendant is afforded his rights under rules and laws.
