Constitutional Values

  1. The Constitution of a nation reflects certain values that form the core of that political system. These values guide not only the government but also the citizens and the society at large.
  2. The Indian Constitution has certain core constitutional values that constitute its spirit and are expressed in various articles and provisions.
  3. The Indian Constitution contains all such values, the values that are the universal, human, and democratic of the modern age.
