Solution

Dear student,

By organism manifestation, we mean the presence of the organism(pathogen) for a particular disease and the symptoms shown in the patient.

For malaria - Clinical manifestations of malaria vary with geography, epidemiology, immunity, and age. In areas where malaria is highly endemic, young children (6 to 36 months), who can develop severe illness, and pregnant women are the groups at highest risk and cases are there of woman with malaria delivering low birth weight newborns. In areas where malaria is transmitted throughout the year, older children and adults develop partial immunity after repeated infections and are at relatively low risk for severe disease.

Tuberculosis - Clinical manifestations of tuberculosis (TB)is mainly related to the lungs. It include primary TB, reactivation TB, laryngeal TB, endobronchial TB, lower lung field TB infection, and tuberculoma. Pulmonary complications of TB includes hemoptysis, pneumothorax, bronchiectasis, extensive pulmonary destruction, malignancy, and chronic pulmonary aspergillosis, etc.

AIDS- AIDS is a disease caused by HIV virus , and it is characterized by a pronounced suppression of the immune system and the development of unusual neoplasms and wide variety of severe opportunistic infections. It leads to generation of various diseases in the patient as a result of a weaker immune system.
The period between primary infection with HIV and the first appearance of clinical disease is usually long in adults, averaging about 10 years.
Death occurs about 2 years later after clinical appearance of disease.
