What do you mean by reproduction

Reproduction is a biological process by which new individual organisms/offspring, are produced from their parents.
There are two types of reproduction systems,sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction.
In sexual reproduction, genetic materials of two organims have to be combined. For example animals.
In asexual reproduction, genetic materials of two organisms are not required. It is only the gene of one organism that is required. For example plants, bacteria, fungi, worms etc.
