What do you mean measurment?
The measurement means a number or magnitude to represent any quantity in terms of length, mass, time.
Ex. A metal rod of length 100 cm.

From the above example of length of the rod, 100 cm, one can easily say that the measurement has two important parts those are, a magnitude or a number and a unit.

In 100 cm,

Magnitude is 100
Unit is cm
