This is a management ,policy or the strategies of conserving the fresh water to protect the water environment which is the need of the hour to meet the present and the future demands.As day-by-day water resource is coming under pressure because of the growing population etc,it needs a conservation ,so that human race will not suffer because without water survival of life is impossible.
