Solution
(a) An acid dissociation constant, Ka (also known as acidity constant or acid-ionization constant) is a quantities measure of the strength of an acid in solution. It is the equilibrium constant for a chemical reaction known as dissociation in the context of acid-base reactions.
(b) The solubility product, Ksp, applies in situations where salts do not fully dissolve in a solvent. The solvent is generally water substance's solubility product is generally the mathematical product of tit's dissolved ion concentrations raised to the power of it's stochiometric coefficients.
(c) Heterogeneous Equilibrium -
A Heterogeneous equilibrium is a system in which reactants and products are found in two or more phases. The phases may be any combination of solid, liquid on gas phases and solutions. When dealing with these equilibrium, remember that pure liquids and solids do not appear in equilibrium constant expressions.
