Solution

Chemical reactions occur when chemical bonds between atoms are formed or broken. The substances that go into a chemical reaction are called reactants, and the substances produced at the end of the reaction are known as the products.

  • Products are the species formed from chemical reactions. During a chemical reaction, reactants are transformed into products after passing through a high-energy transition state. This process results in the consumption of the reactants.
  • Those substances combine to form a new chemical substance called reactants and those substances which formed after the reaction is called the product
  • The reactants are any substances on the left side of the arrow.
  • The products are any new substance that was produced during the reaction. In a chemical equation, they go on the right side of the arrow.
  • Bonds in the reactants are broken. new bonds are made in the products
