Right to be heard:
(a) Consumers have been give the right to express their opinions with regard to the quality and prices of the commodities or services purchased or used.
(b) The views of consumers should be duly considered by manufacturers, sellers and traders.
(c) Most of the business houses have their own Consumer Affairs Departments to look after the consumer's feedback regarding their products and services.
(d) Thus the consumers have the Right for their complaints and grievances to be heard by the Consumer Councils.
(e) No one can discriminate against hearing their complaint on any basis.
