What does article 302 of the Indian Constitution state ?

Dear Student,

a. Article 302 under the Indian constitution deals with restrictions that can be imposed on the trade.
b. The article empowers the Parliament to impose restrictions " on trade, commerce and intercourse",
c. Parliament may impose restrictions and may restrict freedom of trade between the states or within the country in the public interest.

Also there is Section 302, under Indian penal code which is the criminal code, and this section deals with murder , it states that "
Whoever commits murder shall be punished with death, or *[imprisonment for life] and shall also be liable to fine". ( IPC )
