Disease:

  1. Disease refers to any abnormality in the structure or function of any organ or body part.
  2. It may be due to pathogens (viruses, bacteria), as well as a lack of a nutritious/balanced diet and public health services.
  3. Infectious and noninfectious diseases are the two categories of diseases.
  4. Non-infectious diseases are diseases that cannot be transmitted from one person to another. Example : cancer.
  5. Infectious diseases are diseases that can be passed from one person to another. Example : cold.

Symptoms of the disease:

  1. Symptoms of the disease can be used to diagnose the disease.
  2. Headache, fever, and vomiting are all frequent illness symptoms.
  3. Pale skin can be used to check for jaundice. Loose movements can be used to check for diarrhea.

Causes of disease:

  1. External and internal factors can both cause diseases.
  2. Internal disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOD, and others can be caused by inherited factors or a poor lifestyle.
  3. Some diseases are caused by external factors, such as pathogens that carry diseases.
  4. Dengue fever, for example, is a mosquito-borne viral disease spread by female Aedes mosquitos, whereas Plasmodium parasites spread Malaria.
