b. It establishes a system based on the rule of law, which identifies that government will function as per set norms, rules and not according to whims and fancies of a ruler.
c. The Constitution specifies the political system of the country, underlines the political structure of a country.
d. Most importantly, the document empowers the people by giving them a set of political rights and guaranteeing liberty liberty , equality and justice in the society.
e. A constitution also identities the aims and aspirations of the society guiding our political leadership.
f. The Constitution prevents tyranny of the majority by recognising the rights of the minorities.
g. Indian constitution made for the people and by the people.
h. It stands for liberty, fraternity, justice , equality of the people.
i. The Preamble of our constitution outlines the basic features and declares India to be a sovereign, socialist , secular, democratic Republic.
j. Our constitution stands for rule of law.
