Integrated judiciary means that all the judicial courts are integrated into one supreme judicial body called as Supreme Court. Supreme Court of our country controls all the judicial administration and that its decisions are binding on all subordinate courts of the country. Its powers can be surmised as;
  1. It can take up any dispute ;
    1. Between citizens of the country
    2. Between citizens and government
    3. Between two or more state governments
    4. Between governments at the union and state level.
2. It is the highest court of appeal in civil and criminal cases. It can hear appeals against the decisions of the High Courts as well.
