What does Jawaharlal Nehru want the young people to have in them?

Jawahar Lal Nehru wants the young people to have in them the pride of youth. The youth should have the ambition to do something big and worthwhile. He says all the youth way not to geniuses yet they can do something worthwhile in some department of human activity. He doesn't mean the pride of getting money. Pride should consist in doing job in the best possible way. In whatever field the youth are working, they should excel it. They should have the inner urge to do things in an excellent way, useful for the society.
