It is given that,

radius(r)=diameter2=1.0×1062m

mass (m) = ρ×43×π×(r3)

m = 43×1000×227×(0.5×106)3=5.23×1016

we know that ,
charge (q) = 1.602×1019 coulombs

gravity (g) = 9.8ms2

substitute these values in the following equation and solve

E = (5.23×1016)×9.81.602×1019=3.21×104Vm

So, the answer is option (A).
