The mass of the body $m = 1 k g$
Initial velocity $u = 20 m / s$
Final velovity $v = 30 m / s$
Time $t = 2 s$

We know that force $F = m a$
$F = \frac{m (v - u)}{t}$
$\Rightarrow F = \frac{1 k g \times (30 - 20) m / s}{2 s} = 5 N$
