In our body anaerobic respiration takes place to liberate ATP when adequate oxygen is not available.In the process of anaerobic respiration Lactic acid is produced in the muscles.Alcohol is produced in anaerobic respiration by some micro organisms.This kind of anaerobic respiration does not occur in our body.The alcohol produced by fermentation anaerobic respiration is commercially used.
