  1. The process by which, the DNA makes multiple copies of itself is known as DNA replication..
  2. Once the DNA has been replicated, two DNA molecules are formed in which one being the same as the parent and the other one being a newly synthesized strand.
  3. The cell can now further undergo division and each daughter cell gets the copy of DNA same as the parent cell.
