Solution

The meristematic tissue or the meristem, is a region in plants that have many undifferentiated cells which are called meristematic cells. The meristem is found in regions where growth in the plant can take place.
:-after meristematic tissues are formed they take up a specific role and lose the ability to divide. As a result, they form a permanent tissue. This taking of a permanent shape, size and function is called differntiation.
