What happen to heat transfer when thermal equilibrium is reached?

Solution
Thermal equilibrium is the state where the temperature of two objects becomes same.
During a process of reaching thermal equilibrium heat is transferred as an energy source.
When an object with high temperature comes in contact with an object having lower temperature then it transfer heat to the object having lower temperature.
After that both the objects approach the same temperature then their will no exchange of heat and the temperature remains constant and reached at thermal equilibrium.
