Solution

Telophase:

  1. It is the last stage of mitosis that involves the reappearance of the nuclear membrane after the chromosomes have been equally divided into the daughter cells.
  2. During the telophase of the cell cycle, karyokinesis (splitting of the nucleoplasm and formation of two distinct nuclei) and cytokinesis occur (formation of two cells by the division of the cytoplasm) takes place.
  3. The nuclear envelope reappears around each set of chromosomes during the telophase of the cell cycle.
