Solution

The correct option is A Colloidal particles move towards the oppositely charged electrode
Since the colloidal particles are electrically charged. When electric current is passed through a colloid, the colloidal particles moves towards the oppositely charged electrode.

Theory:
The existence of charge on colloidal particles can be confirmed by electrophoresis experiment.
When electric potential is applied across two Pt electrodes dipping in a colloidal solution, colloidal particles move towards one of the electrode. This movement of colloidal particles under an applied electric potential is called electrophoresis.
If colloidal sol is positively charged it move towards the cathode and if it is negatively charge it move towards anode.
