Melting of ice can happen in two instances that is due to climatic change and due to heating the ice. Heating of ice is a reversible process. When the ice is heated, it melts down and become water. so, ice is melting and turning back into ice again.it is a reversible process.
When ice is heated, it starts to melt. Melting of ice is a reversible change as we can again obtain ice by freezing the melted water.
