Question

What happens when you place a deshelled boiled egg and shelled raw egg in water?

Open in App
Solution

It won't make any difference because:

a) If there is a raw egg which has shell, then water can neither enter nor leave the egg due to presence of the non-permeable hard shell.

b) If the egg is boiled and deshelled; still it won't make a difference because the egg is cooked and then it's contents have turned to solid.
