Consider two identical charged bodies, then the charge would flow from higher concentration to lower concentration. Suppose one object has +10 C charge and the other has +2 C charge, then the charge would flow from object 1 to object 2 until the charge on both objects become +6C and similarly for negatively charged bodies.

If they are of different sizes,then the charge flow will be irregular.Suppose the flow is between earth and a person, then the entire charge would flow towards the earth due to the large size.

So the charge flow depends on the object sizes
