Chemical reaction - A process in which one or more substances react to form one or more new substances.
The substance that combines or react are known as the reactant.
The substances that are formed in a reaction are known as products.
Example - When hydrogen reacts with oxygen it forms a water molecule that has completely different properties than reactants.
