Solution

Glucose drip:

  1. It is an intravenous dextrose solution generally given to individuals who suffer from dehydration or lack of blood sugar.
  2. It is generally done in an intravenous pocket, usually in water with 5 percent dextrose, 500 or 1000 ml packs based on the situation.
  3. Like any other intravenous administration, the solution is administered in the patient’s arm through a vein.
  4. In the process, the bag is suspended from a stand and afterward delivered to the patient via gravity.
