The Haber process is used for the manufacture of ammonia gas.
In this process, molecular hydrogen combines with nitrogen gas from the air, in the presence of powdered iron and little amount of molybdenum at and 200 atmospheric pressure to form ammonia gas.
This is an exothermic reaction i.e. heat evolved in this reaction. The heat evolved is 92.4kJ i.e. ΔH = - 92.4 kJ.
