Neutralization is a reaction in which acids and bases of equal strength react t each other to form salt and water.
The salt formed in the reaction is neutral, because acid and bases neutralize the power of each other.

(ii) HNO3(aq)+KOH(aq)→KNO3(aq)+H2O(l)
