All matter is composed of atoms. This ordinary atomic matter is in turn made up of interacting subatomic particles usually a nucleous of protond and neutrons, and a cloud of orbiting electrons.


Scientists arrived to this conclusion typically becoz science considers these particles matter because they have both mass and volume.
