  1. Endogenous cholesterol - Cholesterol is the endogenous substance because it is produced inside the body by your own liver.
  2. Endogenous opioid or Endogenous drugs- As your body formed some type of pain relief itself inside the body in the form of endogenous opioid compounds. Opioid drugs are generally used to cure postoperative pain in the body. Since these drugs adversely affect our bodies. For example, β-endrophin
  3. Endogenous autoantibodies -Autoantibodies are those antibodies that attack your own organ accidentally and damage your own organs and tissues. Thus, it is also an example of an endogenous substance that leads to diseases such as Celiac disease and type 1 diabetes.
