Homosporous plants :
The plants produce only one kind of spores.
These spores on germination grow into male and female gametophytes.
Example of Homosporous plants :
Lycopodium club mosses
The moss contains kidney-shaped sporangia containing only one kind of spore ( Homosporous ).
The spores are borne on the upper leaf blade of leaves ( sporophylls).

Equisetum
The only living pteridophyte of the Equisetaceae family.
They also contain one kind of spore, formed on strobili or cones which project individually on the apex of fertile shoots.
