The ecosystem is the structural and functional unit of the biosphere. It has both abiotic and biotic components.
Incomplete ecosystem:
If any one of the components is missing, the ecosystem is said to be incomplete.
For example, the benthic zone of the ocean will not have producers as light is scanty in the deeper layers hence, it is an incomplete ecosystem.
