  2. It occurs naturally in soil and commonly affects domestic animals like sheep, cattle, goats, and antelopes.
  3. It attacks humans only when the person gets in contact with the infected animal or its products.
  4. Symptoms of anthrax start within 7 days after infection include nausea, loss of appetite, bloody diarrhea, fever followed by abdominal pain, and skin ulcer.
  5. Treatment: Since it is a bacterial infection so antibiotics are used such as levofloxacin ciprofloxacin, Vibramycin
