The number of atoms present in one molecule of a gas is known as its atomicity.
For example One molecule of hydrogen gas $H_{2}$ contains two atoms of hydrogen, so its atomicity is 2.
One molecule of ozone gas $O_{3}$ contains 3 atoms of oxygen, so its atomicity is 3.
