Dear Student,
Boiling point of water: It is defined as the temperature at which the vapour pressure of water becomes equal to the atmospheric pressure.
In other words, it is the temperature at which water begins to change it's form from liquid to vapour.
Boiling point of water is 100°C or 373K
Melting point of ice: It is defined as the temperature at which water changes it's form from solid to liquid i.e. from ice to water.
Melting point of ice is 0°C
