Brain drain is usually defined as migration or emigration of talented individuals from one country to another country. Usually this migration happens from developing countries to developed countries. Brain drain results in lot of push and pull factors. The push factors include those factors which enable and enforce someone to leave the country and the pull factors include those factors which makes someone want to move into a country.
