  1. It is a rare disorder that affects the head, neck, limbs, and mouth structures, especially the tongue and the teeth.
  2. A characteristic is under-development of the tongue and small teeth (micro-and oligostomia).
  3. The metacarpals and metatarsals don't develop.
  4. Limbs show abnormally weak anatomy.
  5. Mental retardation often tending towards bipolar disorder is noticed.
