Chromatography is a technique for separating mixtures into their constituent parts.
Chromatography involves the sample being separated and mixed with a solvent called the mobile phase
When the mobile phase moves through the stationary phase the components present separated depending on the solubility of components in the solvent
Depending upon the type of stationary phase i.e whether it is paper or silica packed in a glass tube chromatography is of two types paper chromatography and column chromatography
