O and F are in period 2 while Na, Mg and Al are in period 3.
Number of electrons in O2=8+2=10,F=9+1=10,Na+=111=10,Mg2+=122=10,Al3+=133=10

Given ions have same number of electrons thus are isoelectronic species.

Thus the order of atomic radii is: O2>F>Na+>Mg2+>Al3+
