Solution

The correct option is B All are used in ex situ conservation methods
Ex situ conservation literally means "off-site conservation".

In in-vitro fertilization, egg and sperm are fertilized outside the female body in laboratory conditions. The embryo formed can then be frozen for storage or transferred to a woman's uterus.

The storage of sperms, pollen, tissue, or embryos in very low temperature like liquid nitrogen is called cryopreservation.

Similarly, tissue culture is a technique in which small fragments of a plant (explant) are introduced into an artificial, nutrient medium, which allows its functioning or growth.

Hence, in vitro fertilisation, cryopreservation and tissue culture are used in ex situ conservation of endangered species. All these methods require less space.
