Solution

Dear Student

Sinus venosus is a structure which is distinctively present in the human embryo and it forms the part of right atrium in adults, it forms SA node in human heart. During evolution humans have lost this structure but in case of fishes and amphibians it forms the first chamber of the heart.
whereas Truncus arteriosus is a heart disease where a single blood vessel comes out of the left and right ventricles instead of the the normal two blood vessels. This is a rare medical condition.

Conus arteriosus: It is a conical structure which is found in the right ventricle of the heart. Pulmonary artery originates from here. In some fishes and amphibians blood from the ventricles passes on to the additional chamber conus arteriosus and from there it moves into the arteries.
