What is difference between anhydrous chromic oxide and chromic anhydride?

Dear Student

Anhydrous chromic oxide is : Cr₂O₃ or CrO₂
But, chromic anhydride would be the anhydride produced by heating of Chromic acid (H₂CrO₄) i.e, formed by loss of water from chromic acid. So H₂CrO₄ - H₂O = CrO₃
