Difference between eubacteria and archaebacteria:

  1. Eubacteria are called true bacteria and N-acetylmuramic and they have higher degrees of organization.
  2. Archaebacteria are called living fossils and they can survive in extremely harsh (highly acidic, high temperature, methanogenic) environments.
