What is difference between force and pressure

Force is a push or pull acting on a body which either change or tends to change its state where as Pressure is a ratio of thrust and area and is perpendicular for per unit area.
  • Force is a vector quantity where as Pressure is a scalar quantity.
  • SI Unit of Force is newton (N) where as SI Unit of Pressure is pascal (Pa).
