Difference between freezing and refrigeration process are:

Freezing Refrigeration

It is the most popular method of food preservation. Freezing stops the bacterial action altogether. It freezes the bacteria and makes them inactive. Storing of food in refrigerator slows the bacterial action because of low temperature. Hence, it allows the food to take much longer time to get spoiled. All food and drinks such as meat, fruits, vegetables, and beverages are preserved by this method.

Freezing means to bring down the temperature of any material below 0° C. Refrigeration means to bring down the temperature of any material below room temperature. Usually it is considered to be 4°C
