Open in App
Solution

Dear Student, aminoacids are the smallest form of the proteins that cannot be broken down into any other simpler form. Amino acids form bond with each other to form peptides. Peptides which are larger and attached to some other component like fat or vitamin or metal ion (usually derived from breakdown of animal milk and meat). A proteose is any of various water-soluble compounds that are produced during digestion by the hydrolytic breakdown of proteins short of the amino acid stage. It forms after breaking down of polypeptides by gastric pepsin.
