Structural organization of a cell:
A cell is a basic structural unit of a living organism.
It consists of several components such as cell walls, cell membranes, protoplasm, and cell organelles.
Each and every component has its significant structure and function to perform within a cell.
The cell wall is a component that is found only in plant cells, fungi, bacteria, and some protists. A cell wall is absent in an animal cell.
Difference between protoplast and protoplasm:

It is the complex fluid part of the cell.
It is the cell without a cell wall.
It is viscous and colorless. It can be differentiated into two parts,i.e. nucleoplasm ( protoplasm of the nucleus) and cytoplasm (extranuclear protoplasm).
It is referred to as a naked plant cell.
The cytoplasm contains all cell organelles like- mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, etc.
It has all the components of a cell except a cell wall.
