What is difference between radioactive sugar and non radioactive sugar

Those sugar which disintegrate its nucleus by emitting alpha , beta or gamma particles with the rate of first order kinetics are called radioactive sugar, while those which do not show the above mentioned properties are called non radioactive sugar.
